Although this is a lot of product above the more natural the better in my opinion.  Often at times we tend to put on too much make up!  There is nothing wrong with makeup but enhancing natural features is much different than dramatizing.  I love a nude lip and this is a staple color in my lipstick collection.  I powder in my brows and a mascara to enhance my lashes.  Depending on the night prior I sometimes use a concealer (loreal true match pencil concealer) under the eyes for a quick wake up effect!  Its ultimately up to you ladies but natural is beauty!

My Skincare Routine...

I always get compliments on my skin but with that comes a consistent skincare regimen. So I have given you both my day and night regimen. My treat and my pleasure! It is a process but with age comes wisdom  and I learned how to preserve it. Well the age and appearance of skin that is.

Day: 1. Clarisonic Mia (Best thing created!) 2. Exuviance Purifying Cleansing gel 3. Mario Badescu Aloe Vera Toner 4. Kiehls Eye Alert (this is amazing!) 5. Exuviance Blemish Treatment Gel (great one spot zit zapper, it’s the best lifesaver in the world for outbreaks) 6. Olay Total Effects 7-in-one moisturizer

Night: 1. Clarisonic Mia (Best thing created!) 2. DDF Glycolic Exfoliating Wash 3. Mario Badescu Aloe Vera Toner 4. Exuviance Age Reverse Eye Contour 5. Exuviance Age Reverse Night Lift .

In addition to these skincare treatments every two weeks I alternate between DDF MIcro-Polishing (do-at-home dermabrasion treatment) and Exuviance Glycolic Peel only using the Exuviance purifying cleansing gel that day (this keeps from drying out the skin). I only do it one day and at night.

Note: I’m not claiming to be a dermatologist and you should always caution using new products on your skin due to different levels of sensitivity. This is a skincare regimen that works for me. But it could work for you too! I get all my products from Ulta Beauty and Kiehls Eye Alert from Bloomingdales.

I love it when I come across other talented people.  Yulia Gorbachenko, fashion and beauty photographer (New York, Chicago, and Kyiv) has amazing photos.  These are some new inspirations for my COLOURlovers profile.

I am very much intrigued in the unpredictable results obtained from the experiment between a subject and myself. The discovery of a model’s charisma, mood, and emotion at the exact moment the shutter clicks is what makes “fashion imagery” more than a mere shot. No outlined storyboard or plan is needed. Staying within preset lines causes the magic of that connection to be lost. Yes, I do start with a concept in my head but once I’m on set I just let the energy guide my subject and I through the creation of each image. Color, flare, and beauty are my addictions. My heart serves as guide – it never fails. My inspiration is unpredictable but its beauty precise. I see it, touch it, feel it, smell it; I find it everywhere. My images capture the unique and irreplaceable beauty of a model’s essence – nothing else is enough to please my demand for utmost expression. My desire to reach perfection is an obsession. It’s an insane illusion that will never happen but it fuels my Art.
